Doomed to last forever

The constructions of a series of dams along the river Mur to make electricity out of that little slope that remains once it enters the plains south of Graz has written with reinforced concrete its destiny. Until when, natural or unnatural, catastrophic events will not change the history of this land, the route of the river will be frozen forever. Ducks will cross the new born lake on behind the other, mud will deposit before the barrier and people will stop by, to listen the subterranean vibrations of the turbines.
