While looking for clues that got me closer to the solution of my current quest, I came across these two arrangements of tiles, carefully layered upon freshly unwrapped "cotto" tiles.
At first I though about the result of some children game. Yet, as a telecoms engineer who spends endless hours on coding and encryption algorithms, I couldn't be able to resist the temptation of looking for an incidental meaning in them. The only one I was able to spot was a tilt and shift ... which has anyhow some kind of appeal.
