I consider this one a marvel, regardless of its quality. Notwithstanding the coming storm and a tire getting flatter and flatter because of a thorn, in the time lapse of no more than ten seconds, I've been able to pull the mobile out of the pocket under the saddle and shoot three or four times before passing this lady by. I couldn't ask for more. Or?

To go or not to go

So, yesterday morning we decided to challenge the bad weather forecasts again and, with no other "equipment" than our bikes, we went riding along the Mur again. The sky was overcast enough not to burn under the sun but the air was dump, full of humidity as if we were in the flatland of the Italian Pianura Padana.

Everything went right, until we got close to the town again and the lightnings announced something ... bad. In a quarter of hour a flooding storm came over us. We could only recover under a passageway of the river bank and wait. At some point, the water started coming in as well and a quick decision had to be taken. Which is not our best!

On the Mur Radweg

Riding back home as fast as I could, before a new shower came down. The R2 is desert: no one dares to challenge the "waterbombs" coming down in these last days of June. The picture is a bit skaken and unbalanced, I know. I'm more and more impatient: it seems that I don't even have the time to stop a while and take a picture in the way it should. This one was taken while riding. Take it a a simple report.
